Our team makes every effort to accommodate our patients’ busy lifestyles in Rockville. When you contact us for an appointment, we work with your schedule to provide you with the care you need when you need it. If you have pain or another dental emergency, Dr. Nikkhah will make every effort to see you that same day.
Evening Hours
Pike District Smiles is open until 7 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays to accommodate patients who can’t make traditional office hours during the week. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, our practice is open until 6 pm.

Weekend Hours
On the second and Saturday of every month, Pike District Smiles is open from 9 am to 2 pm to provide patients who can’t make our weekday hours with the care they need in North Bethesda.
We know life doesn’t always go as planned, and accidents happen. If you have a dental issue that requires immediate attention, give our friendly team a call and we will make every attempt to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Due to the fact that Dr. Nikkhah provides many types of dental services, you may need to wait to be seen. We appreciate your understanding and patience that allows us to accommodate patients as early as possible.
Same-Day Emergencies
If you have a dental emergency in Rockville, seeing a dentist is always preferable over going to the emergency room or seeking other urgent care services. Call our friendly team ahead of time and we’ll do our best to help you and see you as soon as possible.
