Dr. Nikkhah and our team are dedicated to providing essential dental care, emphasising Easy Payments to ensure it’s accessible, whether you have a traditional dental insurance plan or not.

With dental insurance, you not only pay a monthly premium, but you also pay a copay for most services and out-of-pocket fees for any care that exceeds your benefits. While dental insurance can be very helpful, it’s not realistic for everyone.

No Insurance? No Problem. Our inhouse plan is an affordable way to access quality dental care without insurance. For only $375, you receive a year’s worth of dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, emergency exam and discounts on everything else. There’s no deductible, no annual cap, no preauthorization for treatments and no limitations for pre-existing conditions. And you won’t have to go through the claims process to get coverage – saving you time, money and hassles.

In addition, you’ll receive a 20% discount on fillings, deep cleanings, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, dentures and partials, dental implants, Invisalign and cosmetic services.

Remember, it is not an insurance plan, so it cannot be combined with other insurance benefits, dental discount plans, other promotions or applied to services rendered by another dentist or specialist. It is only for use with Dr. Samia Nikkhah at Pike District Smiles in North Bethesda.
